Thru Oct 27: Southwestern Vermont and the Civil War, two part exhibition which commemorates the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War. The first part is titled: The Fabulous General Ripley: Gen. Edward H. Ripley and the Capture of Richmond. The second part is titled, “Bennington Boys (and Ladies Too): The Local Civil War Experience. Thru Oct: Is the Catamount Really Gone? Mythology around the great Catamount, with reported sightings. Aug 24: Farm to Table Dinner, a Tuscan-inspired seven course dinner tasting. Thru Oct 14: 150th Anniversary of the 1863 Jane Stickle Quilt Exhibit. This is the quilt that inspires quilters all over the world. Limited engagement due to the fragility of the quilt. Oct 4: Jane Stickle Quilt presentation given by Branda Papadakis, 7p. Oct 5-6: Quilting Workshops with Brenda Papadakis.

December: A 1912 Victorian Christmas. Robert and Mary’s home is decorated throughout the month as they might have done during the year 1912. Dec 7-8: Our House for the Holidays?
